Michael
T. Dudley is a "Master Motivator" and has
been inspiring, encouraging and motivating people
groups to achieve their goals, dreams and desires
for over 25 years. He has helped hundreds to
maximize their potential by using their God given
gifts, talents and abilities.
Captivating, compelling and passionate describe how he
delivers his message whether to a group of managers
at a training session, Jewish settlers in a Kibutz,
or a church group. When you leave his presence you
feel on top of the world, invincible and inspired to
dream bigger, dig deeper and to live larger.
Michael believes the next major move of God is going
to be in the marketplace. As an Operations
Supervisor for a Fortune 500 Company, his
mild mannered, yet, no nonsense approach, has helped
managers and leaders to increase in productivity,
profitability and sales.
When Jesus was age 30 he went to preach in the
workplace. He called 12 workplace individuals, not
clergy, to build His church.
“The Church in the workplace is the purest form of
the Body of Christ due to its diversity. Workplace
believers are less prone to denominational
differences. The movement will breakdown
denominational barriers that have been held in the
past.” Os Hillman, International Coalition of
Marketplace Ministries.
For 16 years Michael and his wife, Andrea, were pastors of
Capital Christian Center, an inner city cutting-edge
ministry with a global vision. They served their
local neighborhood with passion and zeal, being
forerunners in evangelism, economic development and
outreach.
As a chaplain for the Milwaukee Bucks for 7 years he was
able to help team members to step up their game by
getting in touch with their spiritual side.
He
is a Humanitarian and facilitated the following
programs in collaboration with Heavenly
International Tours: Medical Outreach - Kibbutz Kfar
Blum, Israel, and Project Kenya - Medical & Economic
Development Outreach, Africa.
He served as Consultant and International Tour Leader for
Heavenly International Tours in Israel, France,
Turkey, Africa, Italy, Greece, and Spain.
Michael has been married to Andrea for 26 years and
calls her an “Amazing Woman”. They have 3
phenomenal children, Andrea Amere, Princeton Michael
& Solomon Xavier. As a family they have traveled to
Egypt Africa, Greece, Israel, Italy, Australia &
